RETURN POLICY

We have a very strict return policy. Please read this policy thoroughly prior to making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY - there are sample size options.

At Fleurit Parfums, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances while ensuring the health and safety of our customers. To maintain the integrity of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, we have established the following return policy:

Small Business Notice:  As a small independent business, we do not have the luxury or the ability to offer return policies like those of larger retailers or brands. We have the right to refuse, cancel and limit any purchase at anytime. 

All sales are at our discretion. All Sales are Final.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:  Due to the nature of our fragrances and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the package has been opened. All sales are final.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY - Sample options are available and recommended if you are unsure and if you are prone to skin irritations or sensitivities. We are not liable and there are no refunds, exchanges or returns available. It is the responsibility of customer to exercise caution when trying a new product, especially on your skin. In addition, there are no refunds, replacements, or exchanges for products you simply do not like or if you have change of heart.

Safety Seal: Each box is now protected with a safety seal to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure the integrity of the product. If you suspect that your bottle is leaking or if there are signs of leakage, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX. Once the safety seal is broken,or evidence of tampering with, you will not be eligible for a replacement.

Tampering Policy:  Tampering includes any evidence of removing or altering components on the actual bottle. We use high-quality sprayers that can only be removed with force, so any signs of tampering will void any potential for return or exchange. Every product is thoroughly inspected, tested, hand packaged, wrapped and sealed in pristine condition. 

To ensure the most sustainable practices, we do not use cellophane. Each box is sealed, covered with a branded sleeve and secured with ribbon.

Customer Responsibility:  We encourage customers to inspect their package upon delivery. If you suspect that a product has been tampered with or if the packaging appears damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Inspection Process: We hand inspect and test every bottle prior to wrapping and packaging. Each sprayer is thoroughly checked for any signs of leaking or defects. If a bottle fails our strict quality inspection, it is deemed unacceptable and will not be shipped. We reserve the right and discretion to determine the condition of returned products based on our inspection.

Replacement Policy:  In rare instances, we will offer a replacement for defective items. Each replacement must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Return shipping labels will be provided for approved replacements. All components (pouches, atomizers and the like) MUST be returned and in its original packaging. The fragrance must be in its original packaging with all components (fragrance, all original packaging, pouches and atomizer). Failure to this policy will void any possibility of a replacement. All replacements are at our discretion after thoroughly inspecting the return.  Expect this to take up to 2 weeks.

Reporting Tampering:   If you believe your product has been tampered with, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed information and photographs to assist in our investigation.

Legal Action:  Any evidence of tampering or fraudulent claims may result in legal action. We take these matters seriously and will cooperate with authorities as necessary to protect our brand and customers.

Legal Compliance:   Our policies are in compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and relevant state laws. We take product integrity seriously and appreciate your understanding.
