Shipping policy
All our products are hand packed, individually inspected and shipped with tracking and insurance.
Samples are shipped with tracking, but no insurance. Samples are not returnable or refundable under any circumstance.
Please make sure your purchase is delivered to a safe and secure place and opt for Signature Required if you feel it is necessary. All deliveries are processed without a required signature unless selected by you.
Please understand that once the package is notified as delivered, we are no longer responsible. It will be your responsibility to file any claims with USPS, UPS or the like if your order is lost or stolen after delivery.
