At Fleurit Parfums, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances while ensuring the health and safety of our customers. To maintain the integrity of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, we have established the following return policy:


Due to the nature of our fragrances and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the package has been opened. All sales are final.


Each box is equipped with a safety seal to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure the integrity of the product. If you suspect that your bottle is leaking or if there are signs of leakage, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX. Once the safety seal is broken, you will not be eligible for a replacement.


Tampering includes any evidence of removing or altering components on the actual bottle. We use high-quality sprayers that can only be removed with force, so any signs of tampering will void any potential for return or exchange.


We encourage customers to inspect their fragrance upon delivery. If you suspect that a product has been tampered with or if the packaging appears damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.


We hand inspect and test every bottle prior to wrapping and packaging. Each sprayer is thoroughly checked for any signs of leaking or defects. If a bottle fails our strict quality inspection, it is deemed unacceptable and will not be shipped. We reserve the right and discretion to determine the condition of returned products based on our inspection.


In rare instances, we will offer a replacement for defective items. Each replacement must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Return shipping labels will be provided for approved replacements.


If you believe your product has been tampered with, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed information and photographs to assist in our investigation.
